Jacuzzi caïman
Mon jacuzzi était crevé, j’ai contacté poolstar car encore sous garantie, ils m’ont renvoyé une structure gonflable rapidement mais cette dernière est bien plus petite que l’on jacuzzi. Il ne rentre pas en matière depuis un mois et ils n’entendent pas mes doléances.
Ils m’ont renvoyé une bâche en me disant que la mienne s’était agrandit… la bâche renvoyée est rafistolée made in china.. impossible d’avoir quelqu’un ni au téléphone ni qui se déplace.

Site à oublié, pas de SAV. La douche solaire achetéé en 2016, garantie 2 ans, a fonctionnée 3 mois.
Il a fallu coupé la douche en 2 et envoyé une photo, et depuis, malgré mes relances, plus de nouvelles du SAV.
