A pleasant gourmet break from a generous cuisine in a bistro in Graveson.

The cuisine is generous and the service is of high quality. The bistro under the plane trees is a pleasant gourmet break, in a relaxed setting. We eat simple but very appetizing dishes: beef ribs, cuttlefish a la plancha... as for the desserts, they titillate our childhood memories with Petits Lu and Nutella dipped in coffee. On Fridays in season, to stay in the culinary traditions of the region, the owners offer a delicious aioli!

Changement de propriétaire, de deco et de menu! J’ai pu déguster un gravelax de saumon bien assaisonner, le poisson du jour très bien cuit, et un fondant au chocolat bien coulant! Un délice! N’hésitez pas à aller découvrir ce bel endroit plein de charme.

Trovato per caso è stata una piacevole scoperta. Piatti di carne e pesce con un'insolito tocco di Spagna in alcune ricette che rendono più varia l'offerta di una regione già molto interessante dal punto di vista gastronomico. Gamberi con chorizo e ratatouille di verdure, tris di mare con una mousse di tonno che era una vera poesia e un piatto di salumi iberici che ci hanno fatto sognare. Eccezionale il suggerimento del vino rosé perfetto in accompagnamento sia con la carne che con il pesce, persino con sapori decisi come quello del chorizo.
Il nostro massimo apprezzamento per la gentilezza e l'accoglienza. Lo consigliamo senz'altro ai nostri esigenti connazionali.

Petit resto sympatique, simple, chaleureux,
très bon accueil. Les plats sont plutôt pas mal du tout et très bon !!! Pavé d'Angus pour monsieur et salade césar pour moi!!! La brioche façon pain perdu au caramel un régal !!!! Je n'ai pas eu le temps immortalisé le moment ????. Nous ne manquerons pas de repasser par ici.
