Endroit féerique. L’hôtel et ses extérieurs sont superbes, dans un style typiquement provençal. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très attentionnés. Cet endroit est une pépite!

Der "Mas" wird von sehr netten Gadtgebern geführt. Die Zimmer sind typisch provinzialisch eingerichtet mit Sicht auf die Olivenbaumplantage. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein grosses Bad. Morgens gibt es ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet im Restaurant oder auf der Terrasse in der Nähe vom Pool. Ein romantischer und ruhiger Ort. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Moulin d'Aure in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar : Avignon, Arles, Saintes-Maries de la mer, Baux-de-Provence. Nach Saint-Rémy benötigt man knapp 20 Minuten. Mme Hélène berät Sie gerne für Ausflüge. Abends kann man wunderbar im Restaurant "tutti quanti" essen. Es herrscht eine angenehme Athmosphäre. Auch alleinreisende fühlen sich im Moulin d'Aure wie Zuhause.

We give our visit to this lovely, welcoming hotel in Provence a 12 out of 10. We were invited to a dear friend's weekend birthday celebration and extended our stay. Helene & Janeirik and their staff made the weekend event so special with wonderful food, local Provence wines, and hospitality that went way and above! And what a treat for us that we extended our stay for a week. Our Moulin D’Aure experience continued with their wonderful hospitality and friendly spirit. By the end of the week, we felt like family and are eager to return.

Côté resto, la nourriture est très bonne, mais en hiver les entrées sorties se font par une baie vitrée et toutes les tables sont très proches de cette baie (la salle et assez petite). Nous sommes tombés un soir ou il y avait une soirée dégustation en terrasse, donc beaucoup d'entrées et sorties, bref nous avons fini de manger en manteaux. La carte était réduite dû à la soirée dégustation (aucune info avant). En partant, je rappelle honnêtement que le restaurant n'avait pas été payé (ils avaient oublié) et je raconte un peu nos mésaventures, en restant objectif, j'ai été très surpris de n'avoir eu aucun petit geste commmercial aux vus de nos déboires ... Donc pour résumer pas mal, mais pas très commerçant. Mention plus à la serveuse du restaurant qui était toute seule et qui a gardé le sourire toute la soirée.
