The range includes Le P'tit Damet, a fresh, semi-dry, flavored goat's cheese, in logs, bricks or pyramids, as aperichèvres and fromage blanc. Le traditionnel is their artisan cow's cheese, fresh, semi-dry, dry, fromage frais, crème fraîche and yoghurt.
