In this farmhouse, owned by the Monnier family for four generations, you'll find nothing but the highest quality products. Thanks to the 1,700 olive trees grown here (AOC Vallée des Baux-de-Provence olive oil in fruity green and black, black and green olives, olive cream, tapenade and even olive jam, the excellent "Redonnale"), but also homemade jams and local produce. Don't hesitate to visit the estate and buy directly from the farm, every day except Sunday.
