Restaurant offering fresh, seasonal cuisine in the colors of Provence, in an elegant setting overlooking the garden.

With its new chef, this address has regained its former renown. Mistral Blanc has once again taken its place in the ranks of French gastronomy. Fresh, seasonal cuisine in the colors of Provence. The menu is unique but excellent. It varies according to the chef's inspiration. So for us, it was the perfect egg, hake back, shellfish and celery duo, and to finish, strawberries marinated in lemon. A real taste treat, in an elegant setting overlooking an enchanting garden, with impeccable service. Highly recommended.
