You will find, between the abbey of Montmajour and the mill of Daudet, a space located in the park of Cordes.
You will be able to stop there to taste a small wine of country, a fruit juice bio, a delicious nectar or even for a complete meal. Diane, the owner of the place, will welcome you with obvious pleasure. She proposes a cuisine full of flavors based on local and organic products that vary according to the season.
The Cordes park is also an archaeological site to visit. The visit is reserved to the customers of the restaurant.

Un superbe moment au coin de la cheminée et une explosion des saveurs pour les papilles !!! Un cadre sympathique qui demande à être connu aux beaux jours. Nous reviendrons assurément !! Merci ????

J'adore Parc des Cordes ! Chaque an je séjourne à St.Rémy de Provence pour un mois et je déjeune ou dîne a ce resto 4-6 fois. Les repas sont exceptionnel et le personnel est superb. Je suis toujours ravi de retourner et revoir Diane - un chef magnifique et une femme tres gentille et tres cordiale.

Que dire du cadre? It s a mazing !
Coté cuisine nous avons ete subjugués par la salade de crevette qui nous fait voyager firect en thailande, quand au foie gras il nous a bien rappele que nous etions au paradis oups en france.
Que dire de la cuisson du magret de canard au feu de bois?Juste parfaite.
