Doing your market like in the old days in covered halls, a pleasure that is given to us in the country of Aix in Eguilles in a contemporary industrial style. Around the central aisle, the stalls are lined up with beautiful products: fish, meat, fresh produce, cheese, two caterers - Italian and Asian -, a wine cellar, a pastry shop and the Confiserie d'Entrecasteaux calissons factory. You can do your shopping there but not only, since a tea room and 2 restaurants -La Cantina and le Comptoir d'Entrecasteaux- extend the stalls of the Halles. A multiple place which is not only dedicated to the pleasures of the palate, one meets there at the end of the week in Afterwork around musical animations (DJ groups), tapas and pizza.

Les Halles 1889 is located in the Jalassières business park, in the town of Éguilles, a few kilometers from Aix-en-Provence. In this covered market, you will discover the stalls of the shopkeepers who offer you a large choice of fresh products rigorously selected. You will find seasonal fruits and vegetables, dried fruits and seafood for your shopping. This atypical market also offers a tasting area where you will discover Italian dishes and charcuterie boards. The tasting continues in the two restaurants of the market, the Comptoir d'Entrecasteaux and the Cantina des Halles. At Halles 1889, you will also have the opportunity to visit the Confiserie d'Entrecasteaux, one of the oldest calissons factories in Provence. You will discover the secrets of the manufacture of their calissons and the work of the craftsmen who hide behind their confectioneries and artisanal pastries.
