On the first floor, the bedrooms and the family suite are warm, with parquet floors and television. Clic-clac in mezzanine with armchairs. Contemporary bathrooms with showers, basins and adjoining or private sanitary facilities. Breakfast is served in the dining room. Philippe and Pascal were helpful while we were waiting for our car to be repaired and offered to deal direct with our insurance company. Unfortunately for us they sent a false claim saying we stayed 4 nights we stayed 2. They also charged 100 plus euros when the rate was 70. As a result we lost over 300 euros and they have refused to refund us or reply to emails

Un lugar maravilloso y familiar. Los dueños simpáticos, nos trataron muy bien. Limpieza 10/10. Desayuno magnífico. Recomiendo visitar este lugar maravilloso y acogedor.

Poche camere ma tutte personalizzate e ben tenute. I proprietari faranno di tutto per mettervi a vostro agio e farvi stare bene

C’est messieurs dames se permettent de mentir à mes invités qui avaient réservé une chambre pour mon mariage. Soit disant les travaux n’étaient pas fini suite aux orages alors qu’il n’ont pas fait de travaux. Et par dessus tout quand j’ai appelé pour réserver pour 6 personnes bizarrement c’était possible.

Une partie des invités de notre mariage a passé la nuit dans ce gîte...
Accueil froid... Une propriétaire intrusive qui s'est permise de déplacer les chaussures des invités sous prétexte qu'elles n'étaient à l'endroit qui convenait. Cette dame a dû avoir peur de ne pas retrouver son bien le lendemain puisqu'elle est venue réveiller nos invités une heure avant l'heure de libération des chambres. Oubliez le "coin fumeur", si vous fumez il vous faudra sortir de la propriété et aller dans un charmant petit chemin à côté de la propriété. Je laisserai le soin à nos invités de juger de la prestation et des tarifs mais le simple fait que le couple de propriétaires se soit présenté à notre cérémonie de mariage montre à lui seul un comportement des plus étrange chez ces gens là. Je déconseille fortement. Il y a des airbnb bien plus accueillants et arrangeants sur Gannat.
