The choice of Fontcreuse, a dominant grape variety. For the White the Marsanne, for the Rosé the Grenache, for the Red the Syrah. This strategy wanted by Fontcreuse allows from one year to the next to rediscover the character of the wines of Château de Fontcreuse. The delicate transformation of the fruit into wine, the terroir associated with the grape variety and the know-how of the winemaker are the result of the wines of Fontcreuse. With passion, Fontcreuse combines tradition with perfect respect for yesterday's progress to implement today's progress which will be tomorrow's tradition.

Created in 1951, this family vineyard extends over 7 hectares, mainly composed of terraces on the side of the Couronne de Charlemagne massif. A terroir that gives whites and rosés mineral, ample and well-balanced notes. White white and red wines also have a great reserve. A very good Cassis with a constant quality, whose manufacturing secrets you can discover!

The family estate has been run for 5 generations by Nicolas Bontoux, assisted by his children Émile, Louise and Joseph, who, with the same determination and drive, develop new cuvées (silver medal winner at the Paris agricultural competition, and gold medal winner at the Lyon 2024 competition); as well as artisanal products grown on the vineyard, such as honey and olive oil. Located on the outskirts of Cassis, this 30-hectare estate, which benefits from clay and silica-limestone soils, was created by Émile Bodin in 1890. The Bodin brand was then registered worldwide.
