A beautiful Provencal cuisine, home-made, in a restaurant with a typical Cassis atmosphere.
This establishment created in the 1970s is a real institution in Cassis. Long held by members of the same family, the Chaudron changed owners in early 2023. The welcome is still warm, the setting pleasant, and it is above all for the beautiful Provencal-inspired cuisine of excellent quality that we continue to push the door of the restaurant. The dishes are home-made, with quality products. Le Petit Futé recommends without hesitation to enjoy a typical Cassis atmosphere.

Une très bonne adresse sur Cassis ! Nous avons mangés sur la petite terrasse située dans la ruelle à la déco très sympa ! La cuisine est excellente, le service de qualité et le personnel accueillant. Je recommande !

One of the best places you could dine at in Cassis. The tall owner with glasses and tatts warmly welcomed us and immediately sat us down. Ordered mains of perfectly seared succulent steak and perfectly grilled sea bream. Sides were delicious and thoughtfully paired with the mains. The wait can be long during a busy service, but it's rewarding as with each bite, you'll realize the love that went into the cooking. Thank you for this marvelous experience! Délicieux repas, personnel attentionné, ambiance tranquille et romantique. Le chef prend part personnellement au bien-être des clients. A refaire !

As a starter we shared the aubergine Parmesan which was great! But the highlight was the chicken lemon Tajine. So good! Really nice place.
