Slightly set back from the port of Carry, go to the Caves de Régusse, at Marie Roy's, to make your purchases in wines and alcohols of choice. The owner is passionate about the land and you can feel it, as much in her committed speech as in the beautiful selection of regional and non-regional wines, some of them organic, champagnes and liqueurs. You will find here great rums and as many great whiskies for the amateurs. The wines presented here have a history and Marie attaches importance to it. Most of the wines come from the South of France, from Languedoc to Var.

Carry Winery is the story of a group of friends, Jerôme, Fred and Mo, who are passionate about wine and who embarked on the crazy project of growing and producing the only wine on the Côte Bleue. Five years later, we produce here some 6,000 bottles of rosé and 2,000 of red depending on the year. No appellation for the moment, or rather, the appellation of uncontrolled origin as we like to say here. For the rosé, a forgotten grape variety, counoise, combined with vermentino and ripe grenache, with certain maritime contributions. Production of marc and Pastis.
