It is the trattoria of the 2 Julien ! One Italian is in the kitchen, the other in the dining room. In the center of the village of Calas, in front of the church, this Italian restaurant proposes a simple and unpretentious traditional Neapolitan cuisine, but always greedy. The dishes are displayed on the slate or in the window and combine creativity and local products: from the veggie burger with chickpea steak and red beans to the "pasta" of the moment like the gorgonzola, walnut and ricotta fagottini, asparagus velouté and coppa and parmigiano potato chips to the pizzas with leavened dough, without forgetting the desserts, the famous tiramisu of course or the Neapolitan rum baba, everything is succulent!
