Since 2010, the Vivier is a fish shop renowned in the Aix region and appreciated for the choice and freshness of the arrivals. It didn't take much more than that for the brilliant idea of creating a catering concept to develop. The menu is of course based on seafood products. At your table, you can enjoy what you have chosen at the fish stall. The place is renowned for seafood and shellfish, you can treat yourself to a platter according to your budget with lobster and crayfish. For guests who are not a fan of iodized products, we can make you a meat or vegetable platter to order
