If Satoriz exists, it is thanks to two people: Georges Quillet and Serge Ancillon. Georges Quillet starts on the markets with 4 L, two trestles, one board and his products. Serge, at the time of a friend and client of Georges, opened his store for his side and offered him a collaboration. Today, the company has 33 stores/restaurants, all powered by good products.
