Eleven restaurant owners and chefs are engaged in an operation to showcase the products of their terroir in the context of their involvement in the Conservatory of local cuisine in the Greater South. This association groups professionals and representatives of local communities in an effort to preserve the authentic flavours to be found in this very food-conscious area. A question of taste. The association is headquartered in Arles, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, but its influence extends all the way to the Alpilles and the Camargue.
