Thibault and Renaud started from an alarming fact: 15 million tons/year of waste are generated by the food industry! Our two young people from Aix-en-Provence had the idea to recycle and valorize these unexploited resources, which are food residues, unsold fruits and vegetables, as well as spent grains, cereal residues from beer manufacturing. Dehydrated and transformed into fruit powder and flour, these residues recovered from farmers and brewers in the region who work in organic farming become the raw material for delicious cookies without coloring agents or preservatives, rich in fiber and protein and low in salt and sugar.
