The Place des Prêcheurs, completely transformed and refurbished, has regained its original function and is once again home to a fresh produce market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and a flower market on Fridays. A real Provencal postcard where you can fill your basket with vegetables, meat, fish, cheeses, cold cuts, but also spices, olives and other cooked dishes from here or elsewhere to take away... The market continues in the rue Thiers with stalls of fabrics, jewelry, olive wood objects, allowing you to join the Cours Mirabeau for the continuation of the large clothing market on Saturdays. A classic stroll for the native Aixois or visitors passing through.
