Atmosphere of my cabin in Canada in this den of roasted coffee: Koony, roaster of his trade buys the green coffee of the Mexican, Peruvian or Indonesian high plateaus according to the arrivals, a coffee of speciality (manual picking, the fruits are dried then selected without deposit) and roasts it to propose it to you in espresso, macchiatto, with hazelnut or other cappuccino. There is also a selection of 25 teas (black Lapsong Souchan, green Genmaicha, Jasmine, etc.), and in the summer an iced version. A small menu of fresh and homemade products (gourmet croissants, light soups, fresh fruit smoothies). Everything is "just like home", with the added bonus of service!
