The Ecole supérieure d'art d'Aix-en-Provence (ESAAIX) is a public institution of higher artistic education that trains artists, creators, high-level professionals, to lead them to the heart of contemporary artistic reality and creative trades. ESAAIX promotes exchanges within the establishment as well as its local and international environment. Under the pedagogical supervision of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, it prepares for national diplomas in the two cycles of option art: the national diploma of plastic expression (DNEP, bac + 3) and the higher national diploma of plastic expression (DNSEP, bac + 5, conferring rank of master). This school is accessible by entrance contest. The first year entry contest is open to Bachelor's degree, students who have hired or completed university studies, in France or abroad, or, by exceptional exception, to non-school candidates justifying professional experience and experience. At last, the school offers workshops open to all audiences, for people wishing to start, develop or develop an artistic practice (photography, painting, drawing, video, comic strip…).
