ARES Accompaniment offers competence balances for employees considering conversion (through direct financing or through the training fund of their company) and for jobseekers sent by Pôle Emploi and Disabled Workers sent by Cap Emploi. In addition, the organization helps to convert a non-qualification public by offering different benefits tailored to the needs. Most often, this RSA beneficiary is addressed by the General Council. In this case, the accompaniment becomes both social and professional. Finally, the Association offers guidance balances (for students or other students) who have difficulty finding their way. Support ranges from 3 to 4 months with tests and interviews with a psychologist. Valuable help for families (counting € 500 the balance sheet).
