Yoseikan Budo is a progressive leisure and competitive sports discipline inspired by Japanese martial arts and Western combat sports. It was created in the late 60s by Japanese master Hiroo Mochizuki, heir to 2 generations of masters descended from samurais. Techniques and teaching methods are constantly evolving. The possibilities are almost infinite: -Percussions (fists, elbows, knees, feet, etc.) -Projections, neutralizations, standing or on the ground -Boam sticks. Excellent club d'arts martiaux
Très bon club d'arts martiaux avec des cours variés (armes/pied/poing/projection/sol/clé), ludiques et physiques.Très bonne ambiance également et des instructeurs à l'écoute.

Un club exceptionnel
Des cours variés. Des prof aux top. Une super ambiance. Un art martial ultra complet. Des pratiquants de tous niveaux. Une partie renfo physique qui fait bien transpirer. Vraiment excellent.

Après concernant, l'art martial et bien c'est un art martial très complet, pied/poing, projection, sol, arme, etc. Il y a des cours cardio, technique, striking, traditionnels et on peut choisir à la carte les cours auxquels on participe. C'est très flexible comme mode de fonctionnement.
