Krav-Maga emerged in a violent environment. This has enabled us to test and improve this discipline, which has proved that it is an ideal method of self-defence faced with serious dangers. Unlike martial arts such as karate or kung-fu, Krav-Maga does not have a traditional approach. It uses natural, practical and easy techniques, based on simple, short, quick and therefore exhausting movements. This allows to maintain its physical freshness during a fight. Effectiveness is a priority. The Krav Maga Sporting Club, member of the European federation of Krav-Maga, is looking after you! Several times a week, you will be able to come to this close combat discipline practiced by both women and men. Be aware that there is an exclusively feminine section. You will receive quality education at all levels in a spirit of the most user-friendly.
