To lengthen and strengthen muscles, to acquire balance and flexibility, to correct posture, to relieve the back and to release cervical tensions, the Gyrotonic method has proven itself to a wide audience from 10 to 95 years old. It is the dancer Juliu Hovarth who developed this method in the 80s in New York after a serious injury. A gentle gymnastics inspired by dance, yoga, tai chi and swimming, the body works in circular and undulating movements on the floor or on a machine. It is the only official studio in Aix-en-Provence.
