This festival of du - in Provençal: Lou Festenau do\ u Tambourines, exists since 1986 and contributes to the (re) knowledge of this long Provencal drum. This event is a time of meeting musicians, instrument factors, music teachers, publishers, composers and public. This gathering of tambourinaires and joueurs players, the three-hole flute that the tambourines accompanies with its concerts and the forum of the tambourines attracts the Aix and the many festival festivals. Organized by the Li Venturi and Escolo felibrenco associations, the event takes place over two days during which some 200 musicians travel through the town to the Mirabeau before assembling for a concert. A Provence in music, alive, who dances, lives and glides, tape the foot and bounces.
