In this beautiful brewery, just in front of the most famous fountain in Aix-en-Provence, you are directly immersed in a refined Aix atmosphere. What you need to come and look for in the Rotunda is the chic and the "in" side. You will find a hushed and distinguished atmosphere. The teak terrace with laurel and bamboo welcomes you all year round: it is heated in winter. Inside, the warm-coloured decoration and designer suspensions are organised around an oval bar. At 6pm, it's time for a lounge music. On weekends, from 7pm, a DJ is on the turntables: regular customers have a drink at the bar while other guests dine under the chandeliers of the restaurant area.
