2 steps from the Cours Mirabeau, guest rooms in a private mansion with a hidden garden planted with trees.
Relax in one of the guest rooms created by Valérie, Pauline and Marie, the 3 sisters who own this 17th-century mansion, listed as a historic monument, in the heart of Aix-en-Provence's Mazarin district. You'll have access to all the advantages of the city, with the Cours Mirabeau just around the corner, but also to the benefits of the hidden garden with its many trees. Family home atmosphere, cosy rooms. When the weather's fine, enjoy breakfast outside and take in the peace and quiet.

Excellent! Homey, perfect location, quiet, lovely garden, lovely renovated old house. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. They are sisters, and Pauline was on duty while we were there (with limited English but good enough), though Valerie helped us on arrival.
Lovely kitchen, living room and garden, so for some meals we brought food and ate there.
Tip: For breakfast they provide only sweet / plain things, so we bought cheese nearby to augment it. (They provide fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, baguette, croissant, jam, granola/muesli, and excellent homemade yogurt). What they provide is excellent, but we prefer not to eat a sweet breakfast.
Our room's double bed was in the loft, up a steep narrow staircase, which was fine for us but might not suit some people. Bathroom is sparkling new.
A laundromat is 2 blocks away, and for things we didn't put in the dryer there, we could hang our clothes on the lines in the large sunny garden.
