In the heart of old Aix, this former bar has been transformed into a bistronomic restaurant with the arrival of long-time chef Jean-Patrice Lando. Opt for the menu featuring a starter of homemade focaccia with goat's cheese, a fillet of sea bass and asparagus, and the chef's signature dish, homemade rum baba: it's fresh, tidy, in short, we love it! The icing on the cake is Stéphane's talented wine and food pairings. Catering service also available. A place to rediscover with friends or even for a romantic meal!

La Chimère is a phoenix – the location had become a shots bar – but it is open again with a new chef (who brought his whole team with him). I dined there the first Friday they were open – wonderful depths of flavor and presentation. On that day, they were still getting the heaters working and not all the decor was finished, but La Chimère is revived. And may prove to be better than the original.

Pitoyable. 1h45 pour se faire servir une brochette froide de poisson 80gr environ congelé... (25€!!) Une décoration qui tombe en lambeau... Un dessert à 14€ industriel. C est une honte
