Bistronomic table that offers savory/sweet recipes with spices from the 4 corners of the world in Aix-en-Provence

This is a new bistronomic restaurant to be reckoned with in Aix. Damien Serre Combe is talented, he cooks with passion and his creativity is particularly evident in his savory/sweet recipes with just the right amount of spices from the four corners of the world. The flavors are subtle, here a cream of lemon confit with ginger, there some cranberries, to raise a sauce of Banyuls, Muscat or a point of chocolate, to accompany a meat a chutney of season, the seasonings are perfect. The desserts are worked, you can taste them all in the formula of the gourmet coffee. Nice wine list, cocktails too. The service is top. Go there from us
