In the heart of old Aix, this bistronomic restaurant, set in two small adjoining bistro-style rooms, offers a daily selection of wild fish and purebred meats, three starters and as many desserts. Chef William Aubert, who has worked in many fine establishments, offers a highly refined cuisine based on fresh, inspired and elegantly presented ingredients. The menu changes every two weeks, but the classics remain. You can even take a seat in the exceptional cellar put together by sommelier Eric Jaeggy. Everything is cooked to order!

nous venons régulièrement dans ce joli restaurant , ambiance cosy et chic, les plats sont toujours raffinés, délicieux, de qualité irréprochable , menu qui change selon les produits de saison .
le foie gras était copieux , les plats excellents , desserts légers et très très bons .
le champagne est également de très bonne qualité .
service parfait, pro, efficace et sympathique .
