Cuisine revisited by chef Pierre Reboul to be enjoyed on the terrace.
In the heart of the Château de la Pioline, there is a beautiful starred table held by Pierre Reboul. The setting is worthy of this chef who always delights the palate and not only, because, before tasting, the sight is solicited from the starter to the dessert by these colors in the plate, a tonic palette, acidulous or in half-tone according to the seasons. The chef plays with the ingredients, revisits the recipes and seasons his dishes with winks and humor. His signature dish is the "Flamby de foie gras poêlé au caramel, piment d'Espelette et sel de Camargue". In summer, you can sit on the shaded terrace overlooking the park. Inside, you have the choice between the design and refined dining room or the reception room in the style of the "great century", draped in curtains and decorated with mirrors.
Un régale pour les papilles et les yeux.
