The chef concocts fusion cuisine mixing tradition and exoticism. Quick and efficient service. A warm welcome and good care. Among the suggestions: foie de foie gras and risotto or tataki of tuna and salad of Asian algae, latches of latches in satay or frail of saint Jacques and leeks of leeks, sapa iberica and bellota or veal veal to morilles.
