Sushi bar in a trendy restaurant with excellent value for money in Aix.
In Aix, Mado is a true institution just opposite the courthouse, this sitter of lawyers and prosecutors is appreciated by all for its cuisine, its contemporary decor and its elevated terrace (one of the most pleasant of the city Aixoise!). The Mado offers daily a dish of meat and a dish of fish, but also salads such as the Cézanne, which is enough to make a meal (with quiche to Ambert's blues and fourns, caviar of eggplant, tapenade, county julienne, radis, tomatoes and sardinian ham). On the map, the tartar is perennial like the wild gamlows grilled at the plancha, husked please! Sushi bar allows for sashimis, makis, sushi, or Californias (sushi plateaux to be carried also). For post-work aperos, cocktails are accompanied by tasty mouths (skewers, verrins, mini-burgers). Mado also welcomes groups in a space that it privatizes on demand for private or professional purposes. A restaurant connected to the average quality/price ratio but still the place to be aixoise.
