The place to be for opera-lovers and festival-goers alike, this brasserie has always been a favorite with the locals. The terrace overlooks the Place de l'Archevêché, a stone's throw from Saint-Sauveur Cathedral and one of the most popular shopping streets in the historic center. Jean, the chef, cooks seasonal dishes: blanquette, gratins, pieds et paquets, veal Marengo, summer mixed salads, fish... It's all good food, and we love it.

Une vraie pépite ! Restaurant de charme niché sur une des plus belles place de Aix. Cuisine authentique délicieuse et accueil chaleureux, sympathie et pro. Coup de cœur pour Sabrina qui nous a bichonné.

Food looks ok, but was very VERY disappointed with TERRIBLY RUDE service: we wanted to get drinks and maybe an entree, but instead the waiter brought us wine and then literally told us to leave after we paid for it (!) hearing that we don’t want a full lunch and only an entree…the restaurant was 2/3 empty and they still had to behave like this
P.S 0,5 ml of red wine was 14 euros and they didn’t even let us finish it!!
