fresh food cuisine in a brasserie with terrace
On the road to Sisteron, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, this brewery spreads its beautiful terrace under the plane trees, as its name might suggest. You can stop there for a drink or sit down for a meal made with fresh produce. We liked this piece of grilled beef with its sautéed potatoes and this excellent tiramisu. That lunchtime otherwise, there were also chicken thighs with herbs and fried homemade vegetables. Simple but good. All this is accompanied by a beautiful list of rigorously selected wines. The reception is very attentive even when there are people there. The plus: free parking in front of it. To discover or rediscover!
