Cooking with fresh produce in a friendly brasserie with patio in Aix-en-Provence.
Aurélien and Alexander, the leader, have taken over the brewery of the Republic for just a year. You will take place in a cozy bistro style or, in the beautiful days, at the back of the brewery where a beautiful tree-lined patio is located, sheltered from the noise of the street. Alexander works for fresh produce. Daily, a suggestion and a dish of the day changing. The card is on the slate. This afternoon: The supreme of poultry cream and safrané rice to courgettes, home hamburger (even bread!) to finish a lemon pie on Breton sand or with a cream burned in orange flower. A nice address.

Plat du jour canard sauté aux olives.
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Les service très agréable et de surcroît les aliments sont frais et bons à prix correct. On sent largement le "fait maison".
J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir et mènerai encore d'autres amies afin qu'ils soient connus... ils le méritent largement.
J'ai même pris 2 plats supplémentaires à emporter tellement c'était bon
