This spring we tasted a divine divin of lemon-baked duck, pickle and candied mustard transparency tomato. To follow: semi-baked black salt in Hawaii brunoise of spring vegetables, rosemary favouilles emulsions but we could have tasted a medallion of roasted burbot, meunière asparagus meunière, Mona Lisa's bouchon, Yuku emulsion. Tout était parfait du service jusqu’aux plats. On s’est régalés. Les conseils sur le vin sont tout aussi bons. Une adresse à ne pas oublier. N’hésitez surtout pas si vous êtes de passage sur Aix en Provence. Merci encore et à bientôt
