Quentin Grivel's wine library and cuisine in a bistronomic restaurant.
The concept of this store is entirely dedicated to wine... that's how Laurence and Christian Arrignon wanted it, as they are passionate about wine and good food, of course, one can't go without the other. On one side, a wine library with 500 references, neatly lined up on their shelves along the walls, and on the other, a trendy bistronomic restaurant. In the kitchen, chef Quentin Grivel works in the spirit of Lyon's brasserie-bouchon style, creating fine recipes from homemade foie gras to free-range chicken and beef cheek confit. Of course, all this is accompanied by a good glass of wine from a choice of 24 wines, including the very best at very reasonable prices. In the evening, it's more like a wine bar, with plates of charcuterie, marinated salmon and cheeses, including those from the Bregalon farm in Rognes. Tasting and cooking workshops are organized every month around a seasonal theme; the program is on the Facebook page.
