Pancakes made with organic and local products.

Sweet and sour pancakes in gourmet and original recipes to enjoy throughout the day: the concept of a pancake bar created by Julie, restaurateur, and her brother Mathieu, architect, was a success soon in the very beginning. Light wood furniture, pastel tones, bamboo fiber tableware, biodegradable packaging, the refined setting is in line with the philosophy of the dishes: everything is cooked on site with organic and local products. The garnishes are copious – for example mushrooms reduced white wine cream with floral cream –, the pancake in the midday formula is served with a purée, a salad or a soup. We have a crush on the mango whipped cream pancake.

pancakes bon mais ....
nous avons pris des pancakes au saumon. ils etaient vraiment tres bons. Saumon de qualité,tzatziki très bon. mais la portion est vraiment miniscule pour 1 déjeuner ou 1 diner. on a encore vraiment faim après. en dessert nous avons pris des pancakes aux fruits. très bons. la portion sucree est 2 fois plus grosse que la salée stt que nous l avions prise dans l formule. L attente est vraiment très longue ( plus de 20 min stt que le resto n etait pas full. la restauratrice 1 peu dépassée par les commandes et les mises en place

Un lieu où on se sent bien, jolie déco mais surtout les pans sont excellents, que de bons produits et très originaux.
Les changements réguliers donnent envie d’y retourner souvent!
