Home-made food with fresh products in a fast-food restaurant
Fast foods are gentrifies! Pierre-François (everyone called Pierre) Giuge, who opened this sign, in a small street at the top of the Cours Mirabeau, works fresh products and takes care of nice presentations, gourmet flavours and some culinary inventions to awaken our taste buds. On the menu: special breads and various ingredients for sandwiches, soups, salads, day desserts, like this carott cake, and smoothies. So burger to the foie gras or soup of the day? On site or to take away? The chief has its suppliers: bread of the famous Marseillaise bakery of St. Victor Abbey, market products, ham and meat of meat, meats of the Palace. Kick-off for the famous carrot soup, ginger, coconut milk and grilled hazelnuts and the delicious dish of tajine lemon stew. Desserts are home and the card changes every week.
Les établissements de ce type se font rares de nos jours,
Un grand mérite a ce Monsieur ????
Un + pour les portions très copieuses !
