Julien opens the doors of a brand new concept in Aix-en-Provence: the Bar BQ, which translates as "bar and barbecue" in a good-natured, festive and warm atmosphere. On the barbecue side, there's something for everyone, from marinated chicken or Angus beef brochettes, cooked over the coals, to pastrami burgers or the brochettes burger (the best seller cooked over the coals) and other gourmet tapas.
