Ho passato una settimana ad Aix e ho assaggiato quasi tutto quello che era sul menu ????, un giorno la colazione con un ottima granola e yogurt di soya, vari pranzi e al ritorno dai giri turistici anche qualche merenda. I materiali sono freschi, locali, fatti in casa (come il caso dello stupendo burger di seitan di ceci). L’ambiente è cordiale, accogliente e rilassato, in più i cani sono benvenuti. Vengo spesso ad Aix e non vedo l’ora di assaggiare il prossimo menu. Grazie per l’accoglienza e l’ottimo lavoro che fate. Alla prossima!!!

Je suis allé au Café du temps végétarien et je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné ! Non seulement les plats étaient incroyablement savoureux et créatifs, mais le service était également impeccable. L'équipe était chaleureuse, accueillante et prête à répondre à toutes mes questions sur le menu. Chaque plat que j'ai essayé était une explosion de saveurs, et j'apprécie vraiment l'effort mis dans la présentation des plats. Si vous recherchez une expérience gastronomique végétarienne de qualité avec un service exceptionnel, je recommande vivement !
