The chef offers subtle, inventive and rich dishes, based on fresh and mainly fresh products. During his passage, Smart enjoyed a creamy risotto with a reggiano trilogie accompanied by his dry trilogy, Saint James and Gambas. No wonder that this is the speciality of the chief. Une cuisine de qualité, servie dans des assiettes copieuses, la carte varie régulièrement. Un personnel de haute qualité pour un service irréprochable. J'effectue des déplacements professionnels à l'hôtel et mange chaque semaine au restaurant. Une équipe sachant être à l'écoute du client et qui se souvient de vos habitudes tout en vous proposant les nouveautés du chef ! Et qu'il ne faut pas hésiter à découvrir. Les produits sont frais.
