Fresh produce and cheese menu in a restaurant with terrace
Here, we eat and buy cheese! The establishment is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, the cheese stall, facing a spectacular wall of bottles as a cellar. On the first floor, the mezzanine with a counter and bar. On the second level, the heated terrace where it is possible to eat, summer and winter, under the shelter of large green parasols. Contemporary decor and a trendy atmosphere make this place a trendy meeting place. On the menu: stilton salad, homemade foie gras, smoked salmon éclair and herb fromage blanc. Among the dishes: roasted cod back, lentils with curry and mimolette, beef with fourme d'Ambre sauce and fried potatoes. For dessert, why not finish with a chocolate cake. Chef Christophe Gongiusti's menu is divided into two parts, the first with cheese specialities and cheese boards, and the second with a menu based on fresh, seasonal produce. To share: tapas in the evening only. All this is accompanied by an exceptional wine list, to be consumed on the spot or to take away.
