Le clan des mamma is Italian par excellence: selected products directly from all regions: ham from Leoncini, San Marzano PDO tomatoes, burattina al tartufo from Marcelli Tartuffi, everything is homemade and prepared by Italian cooks, which is not so common. Non mais sérieux ??? Envoyer des plats de pâtes froides et on nous propose de les réchauffé… du jamais vu réchauffer un plat de pâtes dans un restaurant…. Bref … ensuite plat de spaghetti aux palourdes les spaghettis on aurait cru des restants de plats quand au arancini le chef cuisinier devrait aller faire un petit tour en Italie pour comprendre le goût que ça doit avoir…. Arancini infecte….
