italian gastronomy in a pizzeria just a few steps from the Town Hall Square
In the Tinfena family, the grandson is asked. Like his grandfather and his great-grandfather before him, Julien just opened his pizzeria just a few steps away from the town hall. Da Vito is a table that smells good Italy: The cook, Andréa, comes from Puglia, the ingredients, from flour to cherry tomatoes, comes from Italy, and the map, composed of antipasti, pasta and pizza, is a tribute to the transalpine gastronomy. In addition to the know-how, the Da Vito pizza has a secret that lies in the centrepiece of the places: the huge pizza oven that comes straight from Naples that makes it possible to cook the pizza dough perfectly while preserving the ingredients that are ready for it. The Vito pizza, made of truffle cream, mozzarella di bufala, chiffonnade of Parma, mushrooms and Parmesan, makes a cardboard. Don't go next to the pasta in pesto, you'll go down something!
