The small restaurant in the rue des Cordeliers, which has become large, still offers high quality Japanese and Korean cuisine to the sound of traditional Japanese light music. Here everything is delicate, even the prices. The refinement is found in the plate, between sushis, tataki, sashimi, chirachi, okonomiyaki, a kind of Japanese pancake with multiple ingredients or Korean specialties such as bibimbap, a mixture of rice in sesame oil with egg and marinated vegetables and meat of your choice or the crispy chicken dak-gangjeong with a thick sauce. La cuisine est très bonne, raffiné mais un peu cher.
Les serveurs et le patron sont au top ! Très sympa et accueillant.
Attention pour la réservation, il y a beaucoup d'attente déjà à l'entrée du restaurant.
