Vegetarian restaurant offering varied and balanced bowls in Aix-en-Provence.

The Green Bowl restaurant offers a variety of bowls from all over the world, always with vegan and gluten-free offerings. From the apple and raspberry bowl with quinoa, apple, celery, walnuts and raisins in a raspberry vinaigrette, to the Turkish bowl with rice, eggplant, tomato and chickpeas, everything is homemade using fresh produce from the market on Place des Prêcheurs: the proof is in the pudding: hurry up when it's gone, it's gone... and for dessert, delicious moelleux, fruit mousse and cookies. The dining room is pleasant, but seats are expensive. And, of course, you can take away a bowl, dessert and coffee or drink.

Une très belle découverte samedi dernier! Le lieu est très bien situé, et l'intérieur du restaurant est "cosy", il y a de bonnes énergies...à l'image de la demoiselle qui vous accueille qui est très sympathique, (même quand c'est le rush!), elle garde son sourire et ses plats sont délicieux. On a testé le bowl Pad ThaÏ et le Bowl Curry Jaune, c'est gouteux, et ça nous fait voyager...simple et efficace, frais et copieux! on a beaucoup aimé.... Merci pour votre sens du partage...
