The bagel himself is to choose: white, complete, with sesame or poppy seeds, grapes, multi-cereal, aux, etc. À la carte adds the bagel of the month adapted for the season: gras and magret in Christmas, goat and rocket in the summer. One of the 2 véganes salads of the day or a soup in winter can also be chosen. At noon, there is a tail in the small shop. Just the time for everyone to think about the ingredients of his bagel. You get it or eat it on the spot - on the top tables in the interior or its 40 tables on the sidewalk. De succulents bagels, tout le monde a aimé, une mention spécial pour le christmas bagel! La garniture est fraîche et bien préparée.
Des prix plus que raisonnables pour Aix, un service super sympa et rapide.
Les pains bagels ne sont pas toastés et c'est parfait comme ça ils n'en n'ont pas besoin ???? (cf les autres commentaires).

Cependant, soyons honnêtes, le service semble jouer à cache-cache avec l'efficacité, et l'organisation n'est peut-être pas leur point fort. Les délais sont un peu longs, et l'impression d'ordre n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Mais bon, on peut bien leur pardonner ces petits égarements quand la cuisine est à la hauteur.
En tout cas, la prochaine fois que je me perds dans mes plans alimentaires, je sais où atterrir pour une aventure gourmande !
