Le Riad is an institution for lovers of Moroccan traditional cuisine. Welcomed with a smile, in a superb setting of the former cloister of Les Cordeliers, the atmosphere is definitely oriental but without ostentation, it is chic and cosy. The decoration is worthy of a beautiful riad will take you to Morocco during a meal. Sit in one of the two rooms inside where the atmosphere is intimate and soft in the evening. The terrace garden with its patio, its fountain and Berber tent, where you can eat in summer in the shade of the lime tree, guarantees the change of scenery. The menu offers all that delight initiated palates, a cuisine with subtle flavors.

Nous allons au Riad depuis des années, j’ai appelé début décembre pour réserver une table le soir du nouvel an en demandant si il proposait un menu spécial (nous cherchions un restaurant qui proposait la carte classique). La serveuse au téléphone me dit que non il n’y a pas de menu imposé donc parfait je réserve. Puis des semaines après, le 30 décembre à 21h le restaurant m’appelle pour me dire qu’il y a un menu imposé le soir du nouvel an.
Je me retrouve donc là veille au soir à chercher un restaurant pour le nouvel an (vous imaginez bien que tout est complet) alors que notre soirée était organisée.
